Dams to Darnley

Dams to Darnley Country Park is starting a fortnightly volunteer group beginning on Thursday 26 August 2010.

Dams to Darnley Country Park is a popular site for coarse angling and has been for generations. The country park would like to develop angling at the Barrhead Dams with the possible outcome of setting up a free club.

Summer marks the second anniversary of the creation of the country park countryside ranger service. The fledgling service has become a vital resource for the country park and surrounding communities.
